A little about me

Iā€™m a NYC-based UX and Product Designer with deep expertise in Product Design and UX Strategy across Fintech, SaaS, and Healthcare. I've had the privilege of consulting with industry-leading clients, including Google, Salesforce, Intuit, Anthem, AMEX, and Capital One, helping them innovate and solve complex user experience challenges.

  • While some basic understanding of the design process is helpful, it is not required to start a project. I have experience guiding a variety of clients ranging from start-ups to enterprises.

    My approach for this project is to work collaboratively, to help ensure we are aligned every step of the way.

  • 1. Define the problem

    3. Brainstorm and conceptualize

    6. Iterate - user needs change with changing technologies and social climate. This gives us an opportunity to constantly improve products to better serve our client

  • A project varies based on your specific needs.

    Final deliverables can include sitemaps, wireframes, ideation documentation, style tiles, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, or research reports.

  • UX Design for your business will help identify your users, understand their needs and problems and hence allow you to define better solutions to address their problems. The end result is enhanced customer satisfaction and increased loyalty, and both of these are incredibly important for your business.

  • Project payments are split up into three payments:

    50% - To begin the project

    45% - At the halfway milestone

    5% - For final deliverables handoff
